A Mother's Day Tradition is born. CWA 7777 has joined with Y-Me Breast Cancer Organization to help raise funds for those affected by breast cancer.
We are participating in this walk in memory of all of our CWA members who have passed away from cancer.
CWA
has joined Y-ME for the Denver Walk to Empower and has set a goal
to recruit staff members, friends and family to join the CWA Walk
to
Empower team.
Y-ME asks that every walker set a goal to raise $100 or
more, and have made it easy by providing every pre-registered walker
with their own Y-ME Walk Center.

All those raising $250 or more qualify for additional Walk Prizes. To get started, just take a few minutes after you register to follow the steps and customize your own Y-ME Walk Center, and get the word out that you're participating in the Walk! If we are successful, then our team will hit our $ goal!

All CWA team members should meet up at the CWA team table in the Team Village, in City Park at 7:30 a.m. on Walk Day, Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11, 2008. We will then head over to the start line together--wait until they see the sea of CWA Walkers moving past the start line--at 9:00 a.m.!
